Rohtak, 2 February 2025: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak successfully organized the 9th edition of TEDx IIM Rohtak, centered around the theme “Cultivating Resilience in Times of Uncertainty: Turning Setbacks into Success.” The event featured eight distinguished speakers from diverse backgrounds who shared their inspiring journeys, emphasizing perseverance, adaptability, and personal growth.
The event was inaugurated by Prof. Dheeraj Sharma, Director of IIM Rohtak, who, in his keynote address, underscored the critical role of resilience in overcoming challenges and driving both personal and professional success. He encouraged students to view obstacles as stepping stones and highlighted how self-belief, adaptability, and fortitude shape strong leaders who thrive in an ever-evolving world.
