Inauguration of Water Coolers and Purifiers at Khadeeja English High School, Chiplun
On 7th October 2024, two water coolers cum purifiers were installed and inaugurated at Khadeeja English High School, Gowalkot, Chiplun, as part of the Maharashtra College Water Project under the Community Outreach Program. This initiative aims to provide clean and safe drinking water to students and staff, enhancing the school’s health and hygiene standards.
The first water cooler, located on the ground floor, was inaugurated by the esteemed Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA), Shri Shekar Nikam, who praised the efforts to prioritize students’ well-being through this essential facility. The second cooler, installed on an upper floor, was inaugurated by Dr. Sirajuddin Chougle, Principal of Maharashtra College. Dr. Chougle highlighted the importance of such projects in fostering a healthier and more productive learning environment for the school community.
The Maharashtra College Water Project is part of the institution’s broader Community Outreach Program, which seeks to address critical needs in education, health, and social welfare.
