State-Level Teacher and Youth Excellence Awards Ceremony Held in Pune

“Teachers are not merely knowledge providers but the true catalysts of digital transformation. Through digitization, education is witnessing new energy, creativity, and innovation. It is essential for teachers to adapt to this technological revolution and upgrade their skills to provide world-class education to students,” said Dr. Nitin Ghorpade, Principal, Annasaheb Magar College, Hadapsar, Pune, and Member of the Management Council, Savitribai Phule Pune University.

He was speaking as the Chief Guest and Chairperson at the State-Level Teacher Conclave on “The Role of Teachers in the Digital Era” and the Inspirational Teacher Awards 2025, Lifetime Achievement Award 2025, Inspirational Youth Excellence Award 2025, and Inspirational Youth Leader Award 2025, organized by the Foundation for Education and Community Welfare, Maharashtra State.

The grand ceremony was held at Neetu Mandke IMA Hall, Tilak Road, Pune, in a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere. The event celebrated teachers and youth who have made significant contributions to education, innovation, social service, leadership, and holistic student development.

Dr. Imtiyaz Aga, Vice Principal, Poona College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Pune, was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award 2025 for his outstanding contribution to the field of education.

Distinguished guests included Mr. Vilas Londhe, noted social activist, and Prof. Dr. Aftab Anwar Shaikh, Principal, Choice College of Arts and Commerce, Warje, Pune.

A special discussion was held on “The Role of Teachers in the Digital Era”, where all speakers emphasized the transformative impact of digital technology on modern teaching and learning.


Eminent teachers, social workers, and young achievers from across Maharashtra were felicitated with the Inspirational Teacher Award 2025, Lifetime Achievement Award 2025, Inspirational Youth Excellence Award 2025, and Inspirational Youth Leader Award 2025.

The program began with a warm welcome and introduction by Prof. Dr. Aftab Anwar Shaikh, followed by dynamic compering by Mr. Ashish Kamble. A vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. Vilas Londhe.

The event was successfully organized under the guidance of Mr. Azeem Shaikh, President of the Foundation, with active support from Mr. Armaan Shaikh, Mr. Mangesh Alhat, and Mr. Rajesh Samuel Patole.

The ceremony witnessed enthusiastic participation from teachers, educationists, social leaders, students, and youth from across the state — spreading a message of inspiration, innovation, and progress through the recognition of outstanding educators and youth leaders.
