Prior to joining Choice College, Dr. Shaikh made substantial contributions to the academic community at Poona College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, where he served diligently for 31 years. During his tenure at Poona College, he held key positions, including a distinguished 9-year term as Principal. His leadership was marked by a strong commitment to academic excellence, student welfare, and institutional growth. Under his guidance, Poona College achieved an A+ grade from NAAC Bengaluru with a CGPA of 3.27 in 2022.
