Choice College of Arts and Commerce recently organized a Virtual National Level Webinar on the theme “National Education Policy 2020 – Possibilities and Expectations.” The event, held in collaboration with The Education Overview Webportal, the Foundation for Education and Community Welfare, and BrightHawk InfoTech Solutions, attracted 466 participants, including educators, students, and policymakers from across the nation.
The webinar featured a keynote address by Dr. Chako Jose, Principal, St Aloysius College, Thrissur, Kerala who explored “NEP 2020 – A Balancing Act Between Idealism and Realism.” His presentation delved into the National Education Policy 2020, highlighting its vision to revolutionize education in India by balancing innovative ideals with practical implementation challenges.
Following the keynote Dr. Pratibha Gaikwad, Principal, Patkar-Varde College, Mumbai and Dr. Sonika Suman, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management shared their insights on the policy’s potential impact on various educational sectors and its role in shaping the future of learning in India. They emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts to ensure the successful implementation of NEP 2020, fostering an education system that is inclusive and forward-looking.
