He appreciated the government\u2019s shift from a policy of \u201csympathy to opportunity\u201d, noting that it has already borne fruit.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Shri C. P.
