Mr. Dmitry Nikolaevich Patrushev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, at Nirman Bhavan, New Delhi. The Russian delegation comprised senior officials and representatives of leading fertilizer companies.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/WhatsAppImage2025-09-26at9.38.25PMANBN.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>On the Indian side, senior officers from the Department of Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals &amp; Petrochemicals, and the Ministry of External Affairs, along with CMDs\/MDs of major fertilizer companies, participated in the deliberations.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/WhatsAppImage2025-09-26at9.38.25PM(1)LZGF.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>The discussions covered a wide range of issues relating to fertilizers, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and other areas of mutual interest.
