Guided by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi\u2019s vision of a Viksit Bharat by 2047, Sewa Parv aims to bring together communities, institutions, and individuals in a collective movement of Sewa (service), creativity, and cultural pride.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>As part\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0continuing\u00a0celebrations\u00a0on 21st\u00a0September 2025,\u00a0vibrant\u00a0art\u00a0workshops\u00a0and\u00a0cultural programmes\u00a0were\u00a0organised\u00a0at\u00a0key\u00a0heritage\u00a0and\u00a0cultural\u00a0institutions\u00a0across\u00a0Odisha\u00a0and\u00a0Tamil\u00a0Nadu, under the theme \u201cViksit Bharat ke Rang, Kala ke Sang<em>\u201d<\/em>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Highlights of the Art Workshops held on 21st September 2025 at various locations and institutions of Ministry of Culture across India.<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image001MUMJ.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Chennai,\u00a0Tamil\u00a0Nadu\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Lalit\u00a0Kala\u00a0Akademi\u00a0Regional\u00a0Centre,\u00a0Chennai\u00a0(Organised\u00a0by\u00a0Lalit Kala\u00a0Akademi\u00a0Regional\u00a0Centre,\u00a0Chennai\u00a0in\u00a0collaboration\u00a0with\u00a0Kalakshetra\u00a0Foundation):\u00a0This event of Sewa Parv 2025 at LKA Regional Centre Chennai in Collaboration with Kalakshetra Foundation, Chennai brought together over 2500 participants, including students, professional artists, and art enthusiasts. The workshop was enriched by the presence of Shri Suresh Kumar Chikkala (Director, Kalakshetra Foundation), Smt. Tamilarasi (Public Prosecutor, Crime Investigation Wing \u2013 South Region, Chennai), Thiru Kalaimamani Trotsky Marudu (President, MGR Government Film C Training Institute), and Shri Thotta Tharani (iconic Indian art director of international repute). Senior and accomplished artists such as Shri A. Viswam, Shri Sunil Kumar, Shri Shiba Prasad Sahu, Shri G. Gurunathan, Mr. Devanathan, Dr. Sheshadri, Mr. Uma Shankar, along with Shri M. Sovan Kumar (Regional Secretary, Lalit Kala Akademi Chennai), also graced the occasion, making it a remarkable convergence of talent and vision.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"WordSection2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image0022WZ2.jpg\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Raghurajpur,\u00a0Odisha\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Raghurajpur\u00a0Heritage\u00a0Village\u00a0(Organised\u00a0by\u00a0Eastern\u00a0Zonal\u00a0Cultural\u00a0Centre \u2013 EZCC):<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>At Raghurajpur Heritage Village, 70 female traditional painters participated in a vibrant workshop celebrating India\u2019s cultural heritage and their vision of a\u00a0<em>Viksit Bharat<\/em>. The event was graced by distinguished dignitaries including Sri Dinabandhu Mahapatra (National Awardee), Sri Biswanath Swain (National Awardee), Sri Bibhu Mahapatra (National Awardee), the District Culture Officer, Puri, and Sri Lingaraj Moharana (Shilp Guru), who interacted with the participants and encouraged them to carry forward India\u2019s artistic traditions with pride.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image003SEPS.jpg\" alt=\"A group of women painting on a table  AI-generated content may be incorrect.\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image004FCJD.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"WordSection3\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Puri, Odisha \u2013 Orissa College of Art s Craft (Organised by Lalit Kala Akademi Regional Centre, Bhubaneswar, in collaboration with Kala Gram and Shilpa Grams):<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>A group\u00a0of\u00a0120 college students\u00a0and\u00a0artists\u00a0took\u00a0part in\u00a0a\u00a0creative workshop\u00a0guided by\u00a0eminent figures\u00a0including\u00a0Shri\u00a0Debendra\u00a0Das\u00a0(Santiniketan\u00a0alumnus),\u00a0Shri\u00a0Nrusinghanath\u00a0Nayak\u00a0(Art Education Instructor), and Shri Durga Madhab Kar (Principal, Orissa College of Art C Craft, Puri).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image00523L9.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Swachhata\u00a0Activities\u00a0under\u00a0Sewa\u00a0Parv\u00a0at\u00a0Prayagraj,\u00a0Damoh,\u00a0Kolkata:<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>As part of Sewa Parv 2025, institutions across India have\u00a0been actively conducting\u00a0cleanliness drives.\u00a0These\u00a0include\u00a0the\u00a0Allahabad\u00a0Museum,\u00a0Prayagraj;\u00a0the\u00a0Centre\u00a0for\u00a0Cultural\u00a0Resources and Training (Regional Centre, Damoh, Madhya Pradesh), and the Victoria Memorial Hall, Kolkata, among others. These initiatives are not only ensuring cleaner surroundings but also spreading the important message that cleanliness is the truest form of service.
