To support this expanding ecosystem, she proposed assistance to the\u00a0Indian Institute of Creative Technologies, Mumbai, for setting up\u00a0AVGC Content Creator Labs\u00a0in\u00a015,000 secondary schools\u00a0and\u00a0500 colleges\u00a0across the country. He noted that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has placed India\u2019s creative economy on the global stage through WAVES. Over the past decade, the sector has shifted strongly towards digital and platform-based delivery, transforming revenue models, employment and value chains.
