Starting with the\u00a0formal opening of registrations for the 8th Batch of the Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) on 15th January 2026;\u00a0the institute also\u00a0signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI\u2013ICAI).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>The event witnessed the presence of senior officials of IICA, faculty members, students and key stakeholders like\u00a0IBPS, the examination partner for PGIP.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image001M5JA.jpg\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh,\u00a0Director General &amp; CEO, IICA, emphasized that PGIP has emerged as a\u00a0flagship national programme for developing competent and ethical insolvency professionals, aligned with the evolving requirements of India\u2019s insolvency framework. He also highlighted that the\u00a0signing of the MoU, reflect strong commitment of both the institutions\u00a0 towards\u00a0academic excellence, institutional collaboration, and strengthening the insolvency ecosystem in the country.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>The MoU aims to foster collaboration in areas such as\u00a0academic exchange, capacity building, research, training programmes, and knowledge sharing\u00a0in the field of insolvency and bankruptcy.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image002M8YD.jpg\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Speaking on the occasion,\u00a0CA. Rahul Madan, Managing Director of the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI\u00a0highlighted the continuing association with IICA\u2019s PGIP, underscoring the institute\u2019s role in ensuring a\u00a0robust, transparent, and credible examination and assessment process.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>He reaffirmed his institute\u2019s commitment in supporting PGIP-ICAI as it continues to grow in scale and national importance. He emphasized that front line regulator, IIIPI ICAI will be in vintage position to share the modules on Limited Insolvency Test and PREC like preparation to the students.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Dr. Ashok Kumar Mishra, Chairman &amp; Director, IIIPI\u2013ICAI, underscored the\u00a0critical importance of institutional collaboration\u00a0in strengthening India\u2019s insolvency ecosystem.
