Under this CSR initiative, NTPC has sanctioned \u20b923.16 crore for the upgradation of radiotherapy services at the Siddhpur Satellite Centre of GCRI, Ahmedabad. The support will be utilized for the procurement and installation of a high-energy Linear Accelerator (LINAC), significantly enhancing advanced cancer treatment capabilities and improving access to quality radiotherapy services for patients in the region.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>The MoA was exchanged between Dr. Shashank Pandya, Director, GCRI, and Shri E. Satya Phani Kumar, Regional Executive Director (West\u2013I), NTPC, in the presence of senior officials from both organisations.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/NTPCRR6N.jpg\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>The signing ceremony was held in the august presence of Shri Akhaya Kumar Patra, GM (OS), Shri A P Samal, CEO (NPUNL) &amp; CGM (Nuclear), and Smt. Vandana Chaturvedi, Regional Head of HR (West\u2013I), along with other senior officials of NTPC WR\u2013I and members of the CSR team.
