Dr. L. Murugan, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting\u00a0and Parliamentary Affairs, handed over the award to Karan Singh Tyagi in the closing ceremony today. His body of work already includes notable titles such as \u2018Bandish Bandits\u2019 and \u2018Kaalkoot,\u2019 and through \u2018Kesari Chapter 2\u2019 he has firmly established himself as a director to watch.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>The Jury commented that it recognises the cinematic values, historical importance and compelling moments of Indian Freedom struggle which have been captured in the film.
