Scindia on how Northeast India is becoming India\u2019s natural gateway to Southeast Asia. &#8220;Highlighting the North East as \u2018Ashtalakshmi\u2019, the Minister explains how it is becoming India\u2019s natural gateway to Southeast Asia.
