The Special Campaign aimed at promoting cleanliness streamlining work, addressing pending grievances across the Ministry\u2019s PSUs and organizations under it.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>During the campaign, the Ministry achieved significant milestones, including the completion of\u00a0587 cleanliness drives (100%)\u00a0at various locations, resulting in\u00a01,41,343 sq. ft.\u00a0of freed office space. Additionally, a revenue of\u00a0\u20b934,23,85,609 (exceeding set target)\u00a0was generated through the disposal of scrap materials and e-waste.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>In terms of Record Management, the Ministry reviewed\u00a025,785 physical files, weeded out\u00a022,833 files as per the provision of Record Management, and reviewed\u00a024,045 e-files, of which\u00a022,734 were closed.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>The Ministry also made best efforts to meet the targets, achieving\u00a041 out of 45 MP references,\u00a02 out of 2 IMC references (100%), and\u00a014 out of 22 State Government references. Further, the Ministry effectively resolved\u00a0596 public grievances (100%)\u00a0and\u00a035 grievance appeals (100%)\u00a0during the campaign period. To enhance efficiency,\u00a035 identified rules\u00a0were simplified (100%), contributing to the Ease of Doing Business.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Under the guidance of the Secretary (P), the progress of Special Campaign 5.0 was closely monitored, ensuring consistent momentum toward achieving the Ministry\u2019s targets.
